This Privacy Policy explains how Hinata LLC, a Utah limited liability company, and its brands Wawon REI and ZenvorauOS ("we," "us," or "our") handle information collected through the website at hinata.llc, its forms and chat widget, and related phone, text, and email communications.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number, and company name, when you submit a form, use the chat widget, or contact us.
- Details about your request — for example a property address, your buy-box criteria, or a description of the work you need.
- Message content — the messages you exchange with us by chat, text, email, or phone.
We do not collect payment card information through this Site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the service or resource you asked for.
- To contact you about a specific property, deal, project, or appointment — by phone call, SMS/MMS text message, and email.
- To send occasional updates or educational content, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To keep records and comply with law.
3. Text messaging and calls
If you provide a phone number and opt in, we may call and send recurring SMS/MMS text messages related to your request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared only with the vendors that operate our calling and messaging systems (see "Service providers" below), solely so those communications can be delivered. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
4. Service providers
- Google — web fonts, and secure storage of form submissions in a private Google Workspace file. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- LeadConnector / HighLevel — the website chat widget and our phone, SMS, and email communication tools.
- Vercel — website hosting.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
5. Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The chat widget may store a small identifier in your browser so it can keep your conversation across page loads.
6. Data retention and security
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email by replying "unsubscribe," and from texts by replying STOP.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
